Have nothing to complain about from these guys. Saf was very helpful during and is still helpful after the purchase of my new car. Any issues I have I know I can send him a message and he’ll do his best to resolve it. The mechanics are also very quick but efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Am very happy I have found a garage to take my Audi Q5 to had a problem with my EGR and water pump and both got fixed and got my car back quickly also got a free little car velvet too definitely recommend 🙏🏼🚘

Excellent experience of Hatters. Reserved the car and within 5 days they had polished, serviced and completed MOT all ready for pickup. Car has been great so far! No complaints at all.

Wow what a service! It was never about making a sale! It was about giving the customer, ie myself in this case and what I wanted. It was an experience I will never forget and the reason for my review. I walked away knowing that I was getting exactly what I wanted.. and in dealing with this company I won't hesitate to go back for an upgrade should I require it and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.. at no point did I ever feel pressured to buy! And for the service provided no doubt in my mind this service deserves 5 stars. From beginning to end! Thank you so much.. oh and I absolutely love my new car.. thanks again.
