Two weeks ago I paid 7 grand for my new car. I do have a courtesy car, but only because I complained a week ago. Since then, no contact. Not a word. I feel like a mug. Not a good experience at all. Don't buy a car from them, or get any servicing done by them.

Completely disorganised sales person. Amongst many other things he stated he had MOT'd vehicle for me to find it had not been done. Definitely would not use Haven Motor Company again.
Unhelpful sales person who knew little about the product. Didn't return calls when I made further enquiries about the vehicle . This is their pre-sales service. Hate to think what they would be like once you buy a car from Haven Motor Holdings.

Very good service from Haven Motor Holdings. Back in July I purchased a Volvo from them and I am very happy with it, it was a very good price and I have only had a bit of an issue with the car but they got it sorted very quickly and efficiently. They have been a big help and I owuld highly recommend them to anyone.

Really quite happy with my experience at Haven Motor Holdings Very smooth and easy process. I bought a Vauxhall Insignia back in May and everything is good up to now. The car is really clean and just as described. I have had no issues with is at all and I would recommend them.

I found the dealership easy to find and was impressed with the size of the place. They had plenty of cars to choose from. Prices started at a few hundred pounds to nearly new cars at upto £20k. Was very impressed with the overall purchase of my car.
