Brought a car from Haynes Ford in Maidstone 2 years ago always serviced there, rang with a recurring fault car in limo home mode. Unfortunately for me they didnt care about it won’t look at it for over a week.....,... totally uninterested in helping out one of there own customers, thanks for nothing.

Booked car in for a minor service and MOT on a waiting appointment. When I dropped the car off one of their 'customer service' members told me it would take at least three hours (that's a hour and half longer than any other garage). Thanks for ruining my day Haynes... Needless to say it's the last car I will buy from you.
Edit: Have since learnt Haynes Ford have cancelled my service plan for making complaint!

Hi Robert, sorry for missing your review at the time on this website. After investigation I can see that your complaint was dealt with at the time via direct contact with our Service Manager and was met with a satisfactory conclusion.
