Absolutely brilliant service received by the lads at Hearsall. Faultless from start to finish, I bought an Audi A4, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. When I was buying the car the guys kept me fully updated, always emailing and calling with any updates they had and there was no pushiness or pressure, just helpful and informative. The car is perfect, I'm really really happy with it, I'm using the car daily and it's been great. When I collected it was absolutely immaculate, the condition of the car is pristine, I vow to keep it that way too! I will highly recommend this dealer to anybody looking for a new car.

Really pleased with my new Mitsubishi Shogun, its lovely to drive and very nice to be in. I've wanted one for some time now so to finally buy it, I'm made up. The service was brilliant, they was really really good, very helpful. I didnt met the staff as the car was delivered to me, a couple of hundred miles away too but any communication I had with the dealer throughout the sale was perfect, really helpful and polite and always came back to me.

I've managed to get out and about lots since buying and its perfect, really enjoyable to drive. I didn't get the usual dealer experience with buying a car during lockdown, I purchased online and over the phone and then collected it. However, what I did get was; 5* customer service, accommodating staff, and a beautiful BMW 116!! I'm really enjoying the car, I'm using it daily and its just great! Cannot fault the staff at all, the remained professional, very very friendly and nice to speak to. They provided a smooth transaction and very safe hand over. I'm impressed, I would happily use Hearsall Common Car Sales in the future.

I can't fault these chaps at all, I bought a Jaguar XF and the car is absolutely fantastic, I've waiting a long time for this car - and I'm over the moon with it!! It was a bit weird buying during these times, but the dealer did what they could to ensure a smooth, easy and 'as normal as possible' process. When I collected the car, there was an issue with the passenger side indicator, the dealer replaced the whole unit for me, they sorted it very quickly. I will buy from here again in the future, I have no reason not too!

Considering the difficult circumstances currently, the dealer did a great job of providing top class service whilst keeping staff and customers safe. The hand over was really smooth, quick and simple, they did it very well. Timing was spot on, everything ready for me on time, no waiting around. The Fiesta ST is really good, its a very nice car, drives nicely, comfortable inside and soon shifts when needed. I cant fault it all. Very happy with car and dealership over-all.

I've never bought a car blind before, I was a bit nervous as I would have liked to test drive it, but when I was in contact with the dealer they sent me pictures, and gave me all the details and history of the car. They were really helpful over the phone, we organised a day to collect and when I collected it, it was ready on time, it was really clean and it was just as described. I'm really happy with the Golf, it's such a nice car. I'm glad I trusted Hearsall Common car sales, they did not disappoint.
