Good communication from start to finish car wasn't ready with agreed collection however I was kept updated and the car was ready the next day. Apologies were made for the delay. This was ok they wanted to make sure the car was ready and good to go. The car needed something doing so your guys wanted to make sure it was ready and in good condition. Car was cleaned and spotless in side and out

Not been getting on too badly with the VW Polo I purchased in January, other than the issue with the door which I didn't notice and wasn't made aware of. Although I didn't let the dealership know. The experience as a whole was perfectly fine.

Can't fault them whatsoever. The Ford Focus has absolutely no problems. All good.

I bought a Citroen from Hearsall Common Cars, and it’s been alright so far, to be honest. The experience at the dealership was a bit mixed. They told me the car was going to be ready in a few days, but that didn’t happen, and I ended up waiting longer than expected, like there was a lot of back and forth. Apart from that, everything else was alright.

It has to be a 5. I went to Hearsall with a specific car in mind, there was no hard sell, no pushy salesmen, they allowed me the room to make my own decision. They secured the finance and kept me updated throughout, the car is amazing and the price was well within my budget. My partner was so impressed with the service we went back the following weekend and traded her car in and purchased another vehicle from hearsall... again with the same level of service... I would highly recommend

I'd give it a 4 overall, communication was okay some could say it come across as rude on a couple of phone calls but seeing he was short staffed on the day I collected the car I'd assume it was due no other reasons than frustration. The car itself was not valeted and I noticed a slow puncture on a tyre but I'm a mechanic I fixed it no problem, the car had unexpected CarPlay fitted so that evened it out somewhat. Accommodated me coming on the day and had me out of the showroom quickly which was good. Overall not good not bad experience I'm just happy I got a good deal on the car I wanted which is all I care about.

The customer service was absolutely fine, Hopefully I don’t have to return to them again in the future! but I would return again 😊 just everything was fine. Five stars if it works it works.

My finance company recommended Hearsall to me and said it would be the easiest to deal with and everything has been going fine so far with the Audi, the customer service and everything was easy everyone was really nice. I took it on a test drive and that was honestly amazing to be honest it was easy going and everything went smooth. Five stars defiantly.

Would rate as a very happy 4.Still waiting for it to be recalled for some work- you were ordering tbe part and reckoned it would take 10 days.That was 3 weeks ago, could you please chase it up.Over all a really good, supportive experience.
