Absolutely brilliant! This car has exceeded all expectations and is an absolute dream to drive. As someone who's never owned a Vauxhall before, I was a bit hesitant after my trusty Seat Leon reached its last miles. However, upgrading at Hearsall was the best decision. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. While I believe in leaving room for improvement, I can't find any faults with this experience. A solid 4/5 - because, let's face it, perfection is a rarity.

I am enjoying this VW Polo it's a much smoother drive than my last car I must say. I came from a Seat Ibiza and the Polo just drives so much better. I am enjoying it and getting along with the new car very, very well. I liked the way of the process, it runs like clock work down there at the dealership. It was almost like second nature to them, it was quick, very easy and so much.. nearly as smooth as my new car ;)

I am really liking my new Hyundai I20 so far, its taking some getting used to but it's so much smaller than all of my previous cars. I have always had big cars, my last one was the Citroen Grand Picasso! Coming to a smaller car has been very different but we are getting there now. I like the fact its alot easier to park haha! I liked the guys down at the dealership, they helped me out a great amount. I would happily rate these gentlemen a 5!

I can't fault the team at Hearsall Common Car Sales - The showroom was immaculate, the sales staff were really well informed - they certainly know their stuff! After listening to our families requirements we test drove a handful of cars before deciding on the one that suited us best. The dealership constructed a finance package to ensure the car was kept within budget, and we collected it the following week. It drives like a dream and we're over the moon.

These guys were sound to be fair, Hearsall got the job done and made it a smooth easy process for myself. Got the car serviced last week as the service light came on but it was sound. I am quite happy to tell the truth Deffo 5 stars

All fine, car is great, the staff were good and got the job done. It was my first time at Hearsall Common and based on my recent experience I would happily use again. 4.5 stars as I never give full marks!

I am absolutely delighted with my Qashqai, the car is absolutely amazing. It has exceeded all of my expectations and is lovely to drive. The team were so helpful a friendly. I will be rating the customer service they provided five stars!
