First visit to Hendy Kia in Cosham was a simple key replacement. Two hour slot booked. More than three hours later and work appointment had to be cancelled. Then told some recall work needed doing. Reluctantly another appointment was booked. By why of apology they offered a complimentary valeting on my return. So car went in today and guess what no valeting! No apologies, just kept blaming other colleagues. I will now go to a reputable company to find out if these 'necessary recalls' were actually done at all. Presumably Gummi, the manager is happy with this level of service.
