Bought an Audi A8 from Highlanders recently. Had great customer service, staff very professional and friendly, dealt with Richard mainly, really nice guy. Very happy with the car and thorough sale procedure.

Highlanderes GB seem like a good dealer but in my case was unorganized I turned up for my car that wasn't ready and the problem I wanted sorting when I left my deposit had not been done.

I like to look at the choice without being hassled or followed around by a sales person. I was left to look through the 70 or so vehicles on offer, and choose which I wished to see more closely. I could have taken the car there and then, but opted to come back after the weekend. The car was waiting for me, freshly washed.
