DO NOT USE, DOGGY DEALERS!!! I have never received such appauling aftercare service and treatment fom a car sales dealer, like I did from HIGHLANDS (COVENTRY). I bought a car from them in good faith and paid in Cash... Only for it to break down that same day, on the way home may I add!! Apparently it's not their fault or problem and after a week of constant emails and it not working properly I had to get it fixed, only to be told it was OUR FAULT for having it fixed!! DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WELL REGRET IT

Terrible. They never call you back when they say will. They blatantly lie to you just to get a sale. They ask you to write three reviews within 72 hours of you buying the car to get the three month warranty which they say comes with the car. They send emails to you which are intended for other people so have data protection issues. They don't repay the deposit even though they did all of the above and failed to provide the car. Do not buy from them.
