Great customer service, straightforward process, and great cars.

I am over the moon with my new Range Rover Evoque from Hilton Car supermarket; from the moment I saw it, I knew it was the car for me, and it drives beautifully. The staff at the dealership were amazing, really helpful, and friendly, and even when I had a minor issue, they quickly got it resolved without any hesitation. Five stars all round!

Hassan made everything so easy and simple. From making the initial inquiry to the handover, everything went smoothly, and I could not have asked for more. It took a little bit of time to get used to the Mercedes, but now that I have it, I love it. 

Recently, I had the pleasure of purchasing my Audi through Car Finance 24/7, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of excellent. They recommended Hilton Car Supermarket as one of their trusted dealers, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the choice. The salesperson, Daanyaal, was a standout. His approach was personable and attentive, always ensuring I was comfortable, even going as far as to offer me a drink. His clear and concise explanations made the entire process seamless and stress-free. My new Audi. It’s more than just a car. Every time I sit behind the wheel, I’m reminded of the brilliant customer service from both of these companies. 

Over the last few months, I have been to a few dealerships and seen lots of different cars, but they did not come anywhere close to Hilton Car Supermarket in Milton Keynes. Alex and the team were amazing, and they were always there to offer me a helping hand when needed. Now that I have my Peugeot, all I can say is that I wish I had found out about Hilton Car Supermarket a lot sooner. 

After searching for the perfect vehicle, I found a Toyota for sale that was not only priced just right but also met all my other requirements. Abul, the salesman patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information about the car's features, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I drove away in a fantastic Toyota that I'm absolutely thrilled with.

My BMW 1 Series is brilliant and is running so well. It was a very good experience overall. They were very quick and efficient and did not leave me standing around at any point waiting for them. I definitely had that 5 star service from them.

Sean was incredibly helpful and very much put me and my dad at ease when we were there. I have bought and sold many cars so I was expecting it to be like what I have seen where it is very pushy but I was pleasantly surprised. It was very relaxed and there was no pressure to buy anything. I also love that it is on my doorstep, I hate when you travel a long way and then you worry what if it isn't in good nick when you get there and you feel more like you need to take something otherwise you have to travel back again. With this though, it was local so I could go back time and time again if I wanted to but the option was also there to take it the same day if I wanted. It was very much up to me how I wanted the experience to go and that was ideal. I did end up buying a Volvo V90 in the end but I went back to collect it. Sean was very very nice and communication was just key with him the whole time. I can never give a 5 though as I am a firm believer of there always being room for improvement no matter how small it may be.

The customer service at Hilton Car Supermarket is brilliant! The guys there are so informative and take the time to explain all of the details with the car and the finance options. I had to wait a little bit to go through the finance as they were quite busy on the day but I guess that is the sign of a good dealer! Aside from that though everything was good and so far it is running so good.
