I bought a Jaguar from Hilton Car Supermarket and so far it’s been really good with no issues at all. The experience at the dealership was absolutely fine. Everything was done quickly and seamlessly, Overall, I’d rate it 5 stars and would recommend them.

My son is loving the BMW however I thought the communication could have been improved since the wheel nut was missing which was reported but never heard anything back. I believe there is room for improvement.

Good service, there was a small fault with the car a few days after buying it, but I took it back and they fixed it straight away, so no problem.

Loving the Jag I-Pace, I’m getting on really well with it. I dealt with Tobi and he was good, he showed me around a load of different cars. One small thing is when I initially went to view the I-Pace it wasn’t charged, I had to come back the second day after they charged it overnight, it was a slight thing that didn’t really matter to me. I took the car for a test drive and drove it home on the same day. What stood out the most to me with Hilton was the honesty. I was viewing a different I-Pace that Hilton has as well however they let me know over the phone it had developed a high voltage issue, I really appreciated the honesty. After that I found a different I-Pace, it’s the one that I brought in the end due to low milage and its great condition.
