I love everything about the car I'm just unhappy that the dealership sold me a car that wasn't serviced, with faulty brake pads as well and I'm not too sure whether the warranty on the car covers brake pads

The purchase was all good once we'd agreed on a price. I'm still waiting for the service history to be forwarded on so I'm scoring four stars on that basis.

Everything's fine with my Mercedes Benz GLE. The only thing I'm still waiting for is the return of some items left in my p/x! They said they'd pop them in the post but they've still not arrived and it's been a few weeks now!

The dealership delivered the car to me on the Friday night. I had a great day driving around in it on Saturday, then my son’s car broke down on Sunday and I’ve not seen it since — haha! He loves it so much that he’s actually looking for one himself now, so fingers crossed he finds something soon and I can finally get some time enjoying mine again. I’ve bought this as my last hurrah, so I’m looking forward to enjoying it over the next ten years or so.

Excellent service and would recommend to friends and family

Car has been absolutely fine since purchase, and I am pleased with it. However during the process of getting it there was some issues. We had booked to do a test drive over the phone and when we arrived, they pointed us over to were all the peugeots were, after looking around for 10 minutes trying to find the car, we were informed that another couple had actually taken it on a test drive. We then had to wait for them to get back and then the salesman who took them went on another test drive with the keys for this car in his pocket. So it was quite a while after the scheduled time that we actually managed to test drive. I was also disappointed with the fact that the online part exchanging quote was lowballed when I got to the dealership, I felt they had offered more online to try to get me in, we did manage to negotiate and get it up but not to what I was originally quoted. I just think the key to improve this and make it a 5 star experience is some better organisation, time management and transparency. I am pleased with the car, I couldn't fault it. We did get it quickly once the test drives had been done so I can't fault that either.

I had a nice surprise with a pension I’d forgotten about, so I decided to treat myself to a new car. I’d test-driven a couple of VW T-Crosses and knew that’s what I wanted. I’d even chosen the specific colour and had been keeping an eye out for the perfect example online. We ended up at Hilton Car Supermarket as they weren’t a million miles away from us and had exactly what I’d been looking for. The experience was okay overall, but the manager didn’t acknowledge us at all and there wasn’t really a handover as such, which I found difficult given the car has far more modern features than my previous one. If I could offer any advice on where they could improve, I’d say better handovers and a more welcoming reception would go a long way.

The service at the dealer was very fast and we were happy with all parts of the process. We've just realised we're missing the locking wheel nut so plant to reach out to get this sorted.

I found these guys on Auto Trader and have got nothing but good things to say. Perfect's pretty much impossible, but I'd definitely recommend them to others and haven't had any problems at all with my Mercedes CLA.

I found Eze at Hilton Car Supermarket to be a lovely guy. There was never any pushiness and he was always friendly and personable. The only reason I've scored four out of five is I'm a bg believer nothing's ever perfect, but he came pretty close.
