We got a cracking car at a cracking price and my son absolutely loves it. The only thing I found a bit weird was the fact I paid for the car in full via card and never received any sales receipt or purchase confirmation detailing which car I'd purchased. I've got to be honest I felt a bit worried for three or four days, so if they could improve that part of their sales procedure it'd definitely help put peoples minds at ease.

So far so good! Really pleased with my new Kia Sportage had no issues at all. Paul helped me at Hilton he was great, very helpful as mentioned. He had great communication throughout the sale. It was all done very quickly and nothing but straightforward really. I am giving a 5/5 as there is no reason not to. It was the first time I had used them and I would definitely go back after this.

I have been to hilton several times over the past couple of months as I was looking for a specific car. Each time I went I had no problems. I saw that they were selling a BMW 5 series and went in to view. As soon as I arrived I was approached, there was no waiting around. Any questions I had were answered in great detail. ,My overall experience has been brilliant, from going to view to the cars to purchasing, it was quick and efficient in regards to the paperwork, working in retail for 15 years I know what is needed to provide good customer care and Hilton do it! I was very impressed with the way the actually listened to what I was saying and then taking it on board, there was no messing about or false promises. I would highly consider going back to them in the future. Thank you to everyone who helped.

I bought the car for my boy and as far as I know he's enjoying the car and hasn't encountered any issues. When I was in the dealership I found Saad really good, he made the process buying smooth and it didn't take much time at all to get everything completed. I would say that I was disappointed that there wasn't any room for negotiations on price, which took away from the experience slightly. But if they had this flexibility, it could have easily been a 5 star experience.
