The experience was smooth and I don't have any complaints. The sales guys were attentive although it took some time because they were very busy. The car is as expected.

The sales guys helped me a lot with the finance and with the car, they were really nice. I had a small issue with the brakes they were making a noise so I took it back there and they sorted it in a few hours - they did make me wait without keeping me updated though which wasn't great. I'm enjoying the car so far,

Very good experience with them. Very painless. I've been up and down to Norfolk a couple of times in the car and its running remarkably well. I dealt with a sales person and his manager who were very proficient. I'll definitely use them again.

A huge selection of cars to suit everyone's choice and pocket. Staff are keen to assist but absolutely not aggressive sales tactics used. The process can be described as a very smooth and quick transaction. From viewing, selection, test drive, price negotiation to collection of the vehicle the process I smooth and seamless. Good communications throughout.

I purchased the car from the dealership three weeks ago and it has been brilliant with no complaints so far. The service was good and I was not waiting any longer than expected. The car was well prepared for me and anything that needed doing was done. It was valeted thoroughly. Overall it has been a positive experience and I have recommended the dealership to others.

I reckon I've had 10 or 12 BMW's in the past, so when I visited Hilton Car Supermarket, I knew what I was looking for. I thought the sales process was well handled by Rohail, he was first class. It's been a very good car for what it is.
