There was an initial worry with the car when I first got it because there was an engine management light that came on but it's since cleared, and the Jaguar is driving perfect. The whole transaction all went smoothly on the day and it was an easy purchase in the end.

Great service from the salesman at Hilton. I really appreciate they weren't pushy at all, just gave me free run to let me have a look around at my own pace. When buying they also managed to sort out the finance the quickest I have ever had it done before.

I was really satisfied by the service we received. I would score it a 5. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing time, just to browse, and we left with a car within about 45 minutes. The staff were helpful and efficient and knowledgeable, they didn't try to push us into a finance deal or anything because we were clear about being cash buyers. There was some fair negotiations on price, we were given help to insure and tax the car instantly, and the process was quick and efficient. I can't remember the name of the man who accompanied us on a test drive and put the sale through, but he was knowledgeable and polite.

I'm really happy with my new vehicle from Hilton Car Supermarket, it's driving fine. The service was also really good during the buying process. It was my first time buying from Hilton, and I looked at the reviews first before visiting, some good and some bad, but you have to make your own mind up, and I am really happy with my choice.

So far everything is fine with our new vehicle, although we did have to wait a bit for them to change the bald tyres. During the sales process the staff were good, friendly and helpful.
