I love the VW Polo, and it's been great since I bought it. Overall, my experience with Hilton Car Supermarket was really good. I spoke to a few different people during the process, including Jawad, and everything was fine. The only thing I'd mention is that they were very busy, so the time management wasn't always great, and there seemed to be a lot of people waiting around. Other than that, it was good.

Everything’s good at the moment. They look a big dealership so went over with no appointment, I just popped in. The staff were nice & friendly. Alex was a good fellow. He told me what I needed. I would 100% recommend them.

I was looking around for a Nissian Juke and saw one I liked at Hilton Car supermarket,, everything is going alright with it, there was a slight issue with the water cap being left off the water tank but once I put it back on everything was alright, I do feel they could of communicated better, but the fella who delivered it was very professional

Staff were friendly and attentive. I was waiting alittle bit for the test drive and to get the paperwork sorted so more ground staff might be good and I had to replace the tyres because they weren’t all the same but overall it was a pleasant experience with good service.

The Mercedes has been okay, there haven't been any issues other than the 2 tyres needing to be changed about a month after purchase. Initially the communication was abit slow, but when I mentioned this, I dealt with Saad, who I then dealt with, and he was good. Overall I'd give my experience a 4-star rating.

Im getting along fine with the Seat Ateca. I dealt with Alex initially over the phone, and he was great. He worked around my shifts and kept me updated regarding everything. However, when I went into the dealership in person, the experience was a bit different. The communication between the staff was not great, as no one was aware of what was happening apart from him. I was after something a bit bigger than the BMW 3 Series I had before, as my partner and I have two kids and a big dog. I had a bit of negative equity on the car, and the manager took time to sit down with me and work out the finance around it for me.

Have no complaints about the BMW X1. The salesman named was Gift. He was really good to deal with and was transparent throughout the process. I did have an issue with a different car initially, but when I went back it was all resolved.

I’d previously owned an Audi, so I was keen on the Q4 and had been looking at one for a while. Hilton had quite a range of cars available, and although I looked at different options, I ended up getting the Q4. The car has been great so far. The electric side is a bit different, and the range does reduce when using things like the air conditioning, but for the local and social driving I use it for, it doesn’t make much difference. It’s certainly better than paying current diesel and petrol prices. Douglas was amazing throughout the process. He was really helpful and spent time helping us look through several vehicles. He was also assisting my son in law with a Land Rover at the same time. I honestly found him excellent to deal with and would recommend him to anyone visiting the dealership.

whole experience was very straightforward. Everything was sorted out without any issues and the car was delivered as arranged. The car has been fine since I received it and I’ve had no problems at all.
