The staff were very nice in there and they helped me get through the process pretty quickly, which was good. Saad was a lovely gentlemen. Showed me around the car and when it came to the paperwork side, he dealt with it quite thoroughly and explained everything that needs to be covered or what to expect. He dealt with it very well. Overall experience was very good, well laid area and everything is in the right place. Quite a nice facility as well along with just a map of the range of cars that you can have a look at aswell.

Really good with the Polo I chose. I sat in it and it was really nice. You pay for what you get. The dealership were really good on the day. I went there with no appointment and came back the next day to collect. They were really helpful. My salesperson, Saad was brilliant. Hilton Car Supermarket is a great place to buy from. I’ve nothing bad to say.

We initially spoke with Alex on the phone about a separate car from what I bought He made sure to contact us a few days after to see if we were still interested but we changed our requirements He then told us our best options which eventually lead to us buying one of those cars the same day The buying process did take a long time from turning up to driving off, but it was a Saturday in great weather so they were obviously very busy. Once we sat down Alex was incredibly helpful in explaining the process to me as a young buyer. The vehicle itself is very reliable and I do not feel like any information was held from me. Hilton car supermarket and Alex were both incredibly professional, helpful and I will definitely go back in the future as the price I got for the vehicle was amazing as well! Couldn’t recommend them both enough!

We have had no issues with the Audi A1, the delivery of the car was great. Overall everything went fine with the sale.

Everything is good with the Citroen Grand C4 from Hilton, We did have to wait a bit but other than that the service from Saad was good

We saw the car advertised on Autotrader and it caught our eye. We purchased a really good vehicle, it's wonderful. We did have an issue with obtaining finance through them so had to try somebody else and then they charged us an admin fee for outside finance. The staff were pleasant and it was a quick straightforward process to get the car.

The Dacia Jogger from Hilton Car Supermarket is brilliant, they have a lot of cars with a good price range, the guy we dealt with was very helpful we did have to wait a bit but i don't think it was his fault apart from that he was on point!

The Ford Kuga is a nice car, I'm really enjoying it. The customer service was professional. I was impressed with how everything was handled, and I was able to take the car for a short test drive before buying it. I would have liked for the car to have been cleaned when I went to view it and for there to be more petrol. Although with that being said, I did get a discount on the car, which was a positive.

The Volkswagen ID.4 is my first electric car. It has been really good, and it is cost-effective, as I'm no longer having to fill up with petrol. Douglas was the salesman I dealt with, and the experience was good. I'd give it five stars.
