Myself and my daughter in law were both looking for a car and I had seen one on heir website, I rang and they informed me it was in stock so we drove over. On arrival I was directed to where it should be but couldn't find it (I did find many a moldy car though). After roughly an hour and 30 minutes of being fobbed of I was told they couldn't find it and it must be of site. I rang back in the week and was assured yes its definitely here we have the keys, so again we drove over and my D-I-L was also interested in a car. On arrival again they couldn't find the car and said it was in their work shop and I couldn't see it. The car my D-I-L was test driving was moldy and i mean the seat belts, door panel and it stank it was disgusting so we walked away. I returned this weekend to look at a different car, i spoke about part exchange and they offered me a ridiculous amount and said their car price was none negotiable. The whole experience and the way we were treated was dreadful why anyone would buy from there is beyond ,, Oh!! and don't forget the £98 admin charge they don't seem to mention even when paying cash/card. I have since gone to a Ford dealer and the experience couldn't of been more different. They gave me the price I wanted with no hidden charges, a full one year ford warranty and 1 year gold AA break down at no extra cost and the car I bought was cheaper than at Hilton. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere for a better service and value for money.

As a whole my experience at Hilton Garage just wasn't very good.. They didn't rushed things and didn't really try. The car I bought did go back to have issues sorted and to be fair they didn't get the issues sorted even though it wasn't the best job.

I've already recommended this dealership and would recommend it to anyone! They gave us a fair price on out PX and Vauxhall I bought of them was clean and as described. My first impression of the Hilton Garage was it looked really good. We booked a test drive there, we arrived early and the people there were happy to help. It was Fantastic!

I am really happy with my Renault from Hilton Garage. I have had no issues with it at l and I purchased it in September. The dealers were brilliant and the car was a really good price. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased a Ford Focus in June which I saw on Hiltons website. I traded in my old Astra and I am really happy with how much I got for it.The Ford matched its description perfectly and was really clean and just as described. Its really good value for money and runs really well. The dealer have been really helpful and friendly and I would happily recommend them.

I bought a BMW from here in April. They are a really good dealership. They were really helpful and the whole process was very quick and easy. The car was very clean and just as described and I have no issues to report up to now. Very happy, would recommend.

Previously came to this place to have a look at a 2 ltr golf GTD. Both me and my partner were on our way back from the gym so we were in our tracksuits. We are 20 years old and previously brought a scirocco from Hilton. I sold my car a few weeks ago and have a decent deposit to put down. I seen one of the member of staff dealing with a customer so me and my partner waited by the car. The worker was polite and helpful with the customers as they were about to set off for a test drive. I approached the gentlemen when his clients had set off and requested how I would go about test driving this car? His attitude was disgusting and his response was 'well to be honest you have to be committed to buying the car so you know' and pretty much smirked at myself and my partner and walked off before I can even ask anymore questions and that was the end of it. I felt like I was disgriminated because of my age as me and my partner do look very young. Whereas if I slammed my deposit of £5,000 on the table they would most likely of been very helpful. Me and my partner was disgusted by the outcome as per above we recently purchased a scirocco from this garage. Will not be viewing/ buying from here again.
Vehicle purchased from Hilton Garage developed a fault within 3 months of ownership. I had the vehicle repaired myself partly under warranty. The vehicle then developed further problems that were so serious the vehicle became unusable and in my opinion not fit for purpose. Hilton Garage were notified and were initially very helpful but as soon as Hilton Garage were asked to take the car back due to a lack of trust or faith in the car by me, they agreed to take the car back given the circumstances but their offer to do so put me significantly out of pocket. I involved my solicitor with a view to reviewing my case, he in turn contacted Hilton Garage reiterating that I had been significantly inconvenienced, had lost the use of the vehicle for lengthily periods of time and had not been able to work as a result of the vehicles problems but to my disappointment the response we received from the owners via their operations manager was that if I didn't like their offer then I was free to sue them. Obviously this is disappointing as the costs for me to litigate against Hilton Garage are so significant that i simply cannot afford the legal costs involved in pursuing my complaint. I now find myself significantly out of pocket and completely let down by Hilton Garage and its owners. Overall not a nice experience and a very costly one at that. Myself, family and Friends will not be customers of Hilton Garage again.
I had a very good experience at Hilton Garage. The salesman I had looking after me was very helpful and was willing let me look at a few different cars, I was able to test drive 2 models on my own so I had a good feel for each car. I wish I could have taken both but I'm happy with my choice and I would recommend them.

They were very helpful during the sale but what really impressed me was the continued service afterwards, any questions or issues I've had with the car I just simply call up, they always answer or call me back within minutes and get it sorted every time. I would certainly recommend Hilton Garage to anybody reading this review.
