Bought a car from Howard early January, 3 months later I found out air con was not working after getting it topped up,contacted Howard on the last day of my warranty he took the car in and got it fixed within 3 days. Not many car dealerships would do that. 5 stars from me
Don’t normally do this but I have recently bought a car from Howard’s car dealership and what a great experience it was. a lovely family run business who helped us choose the perfect car and helped us the whole way along. I would massively advise in using these guys to find your favourite car whether it’s your sons first or your new addition to the drive.

I'm so disappointed with Howard Dean Car Sales- we've had detailed conversation about one of the cars, we loved the car and booked the viewing of the car with with intention to buy on the day providing all was well with the car. We've spend a lot of time researching the car so we were pretty much sure we will buy it. We supposed to see car on Saturday- as he was travelling and he said that after he came back he needed to do some minor repair and Saturday will be perfect as we both work full time. We even started discussing finance with the creditors. The worst part was that after explaining how let down we felt he still didn't even apologise for letting us down, He didn't even notified us until I contacted them that the car was gone. If I didn't we would have travelled and wasted time on the day. Despicable customer service and complete lack of respect to his customers. All they care about is money. So disappointing as he sounded so genuine on the phone and great reviews. Avoid at all cost.

Hi Paula, we advertised an Audi A4 Convertible on a Saturday with no pictures as we were still prepairing the vehicle, you rang Saturday afternoon to enquire about the car and explained that the earliest you could view the car would be the following Saturday? I explained that we would be uploading pictures on Tuesday as it was having a new Roof Motor fitted? At no point did i promise you the car or suggest I was taking the car offline? you had never viewed or had a test drive of the car or even seen a picture of it? I can not operate turning other customers away because I had a phone enquiry earlier? I have to treat all customers fairly and first come first served, put a deposit on a car and it is yours, I would never undersell a car once I have taken a deposit? You would of had a call that the car was sold but had text me first? I have also tried to ring you without success? Shamefull review after one phone call. Regards Howard

Recently part exchanged my Citroen for a Golf with Howard. Very impressed with the service he and his son gave. I got a very fair price for my Citroen and the price for the Golf I bought was very competitive. The valeting of the car was immaculate, the car looked brand new. I was particularly with Howard's integrity. Had a minor issue within the few weeks which was dealt with on the spot with no complaints. Zach and Howard are certainly a cut above the rest and do not at all conform to the dishonest stereotype of used car salesmen. I didn't feel hassled or pushed into buying and left the garage a very happy customer.
In July I purchased a Golf from Howard Dean Car Sales. The car is in really good shape and I had an issue with the car but they got it sorted fairly quickly and easily and it been fine since. The car is good value for money and the dealers were knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend.
