Howard has been absolutely brilliant in dealing with my warranty. A bit over a month after buying a car from him my alternator gave up, he got me the replacement part within 2 hours, took the car in, had it fixed, looked at some other small niggles, sorted them, and gave the car the most impressive valet I've ever seen, almost didn't recognise the car when I collected it. Ten stars!!

Please be aware of buying a car from here. I brought a car with a 3 month warranty and had a fault with the car from day 1, I took the car back and they did something to it, but never fixed it, they knew what it was and knew it would cost 1000s to fix. I would be very careful if you buy a car from here, they give a warranty and don't put their money where their mouth is,, so please don't be fooled by their sales talk.

I bought a 2002 Audi from Howard Dean Car Sales in March 2016. He was friendly and helpful, I had a couple of issues with the car a few weeks after purchase. Howard came 30 miles and collected the car, fixed the issues and returned the car with all issues corrected. I doubt if you could get better than that anywhere! I talk from a place of experience when I say that. Would definitely buy a car from Howard again.
