Excellent dealership, Fez was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help both during and after sale, unfortunately it is rare to find a used car dealership that provides good aftercare following the purchasing process but at ibz motorz they do! We had some minor issues following purchase all of which were remedied regardless of cost. There was no scrimping, proper OEM parts sourced and installed, even an issue dealt with 2 months after purchase.

scammeres I Brought a car in July the car arrived and was not as described the MOT was wrong also had Damage to a front wheel and the alloys. I spoke with them and they agreed to pay for repair then then decided they dint want to do that and they would fix they have spotted all contact now haven't fixed the car or the MOT i have had to pay to.have these things done and now having yo do an court case to resolve. avoid at all costs buy a car should be a pleasure not a chance for a company to rip you off

These dealers sell cars with hidden problems. I bought a Mercedes S class for £32,000 and found out that it has steering problems. It is now costing me around £5000 to fix this car problem. I think they should be responsible for what they sell, and not hide the problems of the cars sold. BEWARE and do not use these dealers who, when I went to ask them for an answer, were rude and nervous that I came to them. For that, one star is too much for them, but unfortunately, there is no lower qualification. The invoice I have presented to the dealer is from the Mercedes-Benz branch which is covered all over the world and was the issue the vehicle already had but hidden by the dealer. They even asked for £80 to fill the air-con but in the end, eventually changed they mind.

Thank you for posting your review Unfortunately we explain you when you came to dealership we cannot accept INVOICES from ROMANIA You simply tried your luck to claim £5000 pound for Brake pads and disc which was unacceptable you explain to us Invoice was made in Romania and in Romanian Language and job was carried out in ROMANIA. You do not need to be upset about it I can understand you drove the car to Romania couple of times but its something we cannot help on this matter £5000 pound for brake pads and discs is absurd.
Very knowledgeable and honest, caring staff, not pushy. Great service and fantastic cars. 10/10 Faz was amazing to deal with, flawless from start to finish I would definitely use again

I was slightly nervous about purchasing an expensive car from people I’d never met at the other end of the country and sending them money, but Faz and his brother’s reviews speak for themselves and they were excellent during a recent car purchase. Always on hand to answer questions and send me additional information, and the replies were really quick. Faz went above and beyond to deliver my car, delivering it at midnight before a two hour journey home for him, couldn’t ask for anymore. I love the car and would use these guys again.
