Wonderful service from IBZ MOTORZ. My husband and I visited this dealer looking for a car. FAZ assisted us and answered all of our questions. We finally found a nice car and we were very pleased with they way he explained all our options on the car, from the financing to the the additions that we can avail for the car itself. Quick and easy transaction. I can check their cars even before leaving home via their website. When I called to confirm, the staff was really accommodating and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Visiting them is was even a more pleasant experience. Frank is so easy to talk to and told me everything I needed to know about the car that I purchased.

Disgraceful attitude and no professionalism shown. Described a grade 4 car meaning it gad 4 panels poorly repaired as a immaculate vehicle. These people have no clue in grading a vehicle. Avoid at all costs

Amazing dealership very acommodating and friendly staff. I purchased a used car and traded in my old car. This was the first time in many years I had agreed to trade in as the price they'd offered was well beyond my expectations! They made me feel very welcome even after the transaction was done and were also happy to assist after a few days when a warning light appeared on my dash - no questions were asked, they just sorted it there and then. Would highly recommend to others.
