Purchased a car back in September. The car has been excellent. I had one minor issue after 4 weeks. I returned the car to the garage and it was repaired within 2 hours. Excellent service.

Awful. Absolute scammers, would not use this company if they were the last dealership on earth. Sell faulty cars and are professional con artists. I am disgusted with their customer service and ability to keep integrity within their company

I bought a car from these conmen, and on the way home I had the engine light come one and the wheel sensor light come on. After taking the car to a few garages to get the vehicle diagnosed I was told it needed to have its timing chains done. Russel and co from ideal car ducked and dived me for a couple of weeks avoiding my calls. Once I finally got the car back to them, they once again avoided my phone calls, told me they would call me back but didn’t, told me the last person I dealt with had left the company. And every now and then would tell me there was something else that needed to be fixed with the car, that’s why they still have it. They have the car and the money. At this point I just want the money refunded, the car is clearly in a very bad way.

I part exchanged my car with them, no documentation what so ever, they said they had serviced it and the blue wallet was stamped...... which it wasnt, no service documents at all, said they would contact the last owner.... they havent, they said they would send the service docs to me.... they havent, Stay away from this place, total rip off.

bought a car from them which was supplied on empty, license plate was half hanging off, sales man was very ignorant and up his hole. cars are bought off auction, be wary, they dont come in the condition advertised

I bought a car from this company and it has nothing but issues, the service I have received with reporting these has been abismal I have been spoken to with total lack of respect and looking at reviews it seems a reoccurring theme that there customer service is shocking. They will lie through there teeth to sell a car

Bought a Clio , sales person was Lee, he was not pushy and no pressure to buy at all.car came, fully serviced,full mot and valeted to a very high standard.we are very pleased with the Clio and the way we're treated, as there aftercare services are second to none ! I recommend ideal cars and would buy from them again
