I recently purchased A Mitsubishi Shogun; my own car was in for repair so I needed something affordable as a short term replacement - at short notice. The Shogun was in excellent condition; as yet I've not found a single fault with it and it is a pleasure to drive. First class sales experience Excellent service, Lee and Dave were fantastic .no pressure for sale when viewing cars ( their cars sell themselves) I went away a very happy customer and big thank you to Lee for helping with a quick turnaround of my vehicle from purchasing a beautiful car to collection.Really enjoyable experience.

Initially the service we received was great, Lee sent a personal video of the car declaring notice mark on it, The car had been debadged and we were assured that these would be replaced. On the journey home the wing mirror indicator wasn't working this was obviously a known issues as the mirror was chipped where it had been attempted to be removed to replace the indicator bulb, We felt that we weren't believed and had to send photos of the front of the mirror housing presumably to prove that we hadn't damaged it on the way home. Lee agreed to pay for a replacement light and mirror. Great. Upon washing and polishing the car 3 weeks after purchase my husband noticed that there was damage to the drivers door, which had been badly repaired, when we queried this we were told that we should have noticed before, possibly. When we've tried to contact Lee he's been either busy with a customer and will call us back, just on his way out and will call when he gets back or day off and will call the next day.. you guessed it no return calls. 6 weeks down the line we haven't received the promised TDI badge, nor have we received the log book, for which they've blamed the DVLA, 2 friends who bought cars around the same time received their's in a week, It transpired that it had been held for at least 3 weeks prior to processing. On the whole really disappointed with the experience. Probably great if no issues, however if there are... buyer beware.

Came across Ideal Trade Centre 2 as looking for a used car vai Zuto to replace Audi TT and needed an SUV, picked a Dacia Duster from them and drove the Audi the hour trip there when the finance deal had gone through. Visit was prompt & resolved and in less that 30 minutes was driving away with my new car, no fuss, very happy with the SUV, car was valeted and looked/smelled like new upon collection and no issues, can see when arrived this is an above average family dealership with excellent stock of good choice vehicles.

I've just bought a lovely car from the Ideal Trade Centre 2. Throughout the whole process, they have been professional, friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. There was absolutely no pressure at all - I was just given information and left to make my own decision. I will definitely go back next time I'm looking for a car and highly recommend them to anyone who wants an easy and fair experience when buying a car.

I have nothing bad to say at all, I would recommend them 100%. I purchased a Seat Leon from Ideal Trade Centre in May and I am really happy with how everything went! The car was really nice and clean and as described and the people at the dealership were very helpful.
