Very nice and pleasant, my car from IS Cars Ltd was in excellent condition as described over the telephone.
I am more than happy with my car from Is Cars and the process of the sale was fantastic. Very smooth and easy and up to now I have had no issues with it. The dealers were very thorough on every aspect of the car and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. I would happily recommend this dealership.

Very friendly staff at the Car Firm, I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Purchased a Audi A5 in a specific spec, got lucky and got the exact car I want from Car firm. Drives excellent with no faults.

Don't let the Car Firm get your money, you will regret it. Bought a VW Beetle from these people, a week later engine started sounding grubby and knocking noise, By the following week warning lights (engine, ABS, Airbag). Dealer refused to fix and shouted down the phone.

Agreed. These people are awful. They don't care and carry some highly suspicious practices. They're a danger to people's lives and should be stopped.
Found the car I wanted at this dealership, I could not go down and visit for a week so left a £300 refundable deposit if I did not like the car. The car was however exactly as described. A no hassle purchase would highly recommend Car Firm.

When buying a car you would normally expect pushy sales staff, however the guys at the Car Firm were super friendly. I would highly recommend them, they have a lot of vehicles which all look in very good condition.

The service could have been better at IS Cars. There process was quite long winded and when I received the car there were a few parts missing and it wasn't in perfect condition. I wouldn't really recommend this dealership based on my experience.
