I was surprised to get an email to say that someone had responded to my positive review - as I hadn't left one. I bought the vehicle in August 2023 at a good price knowing it would likely have a few issues which were common with the model E.g it would need a new auxiliary battery which it does. However, there were a few minor issues which I am not really happy about. The car had an MOT done by Jagland but when I got the car serviced as soon as I got home, it needed 2 new tyres and the tracking was out. When viewing the car, I couldn't close the bonnet properly. The sales girl said I hadn't slammed it down properly but it actually needed a new latch. When we asked for the key, we were told it was left in the car so they never actually passed it to us. The fob was actually broken and needed replacing. There wasn't a V5 so I had to transfer ownership at my own expense. The car wasn't clean - there was even a previous owner's old lipstick left behind. All minor issues but ones I believe they would have been aware of and didn't bother to rectify. So these have all been fixed at my own expense. Am I happy with the car? Yes - so far - now I have fixed the issues. Would I buy from them again? Probably not.

Very good service. Nice people. Got a very good finance package and they beat the apr than other dealers. Highly reccomend. Lots of nice cars.
