As other people have said JC Cars are polite and pleasant to deal with. One thing I would say though, make sure everything works before you buy - and I mean everything. Take a mechanic with you, because it's up to you to find out if the car has any faults. I bought a top of the range Golf with low mileage and service history for £15k in October 2023. It had a few minor issues which JC Cars were willing to put right. Unfortunately several return journeys were required when some other problems surfaced which indicated the car had not been well maintained. JC Cars sold me a 6 month RAC warranty for £200. The car required a new brake caliper in November, and now requires another brake caliper and timing belt change due to worn tensioners. The warranty company will not pay because diagnostics show the car has previously been remapped. I have informed JC Cars they sold me a remapped car and then sold me a 6 month warranty which was worthless from day one. Due to the circumstances I have asked if they can assist me with the cost. I look forward to their response and I hope to update this review soon with a positive outcome.

Would not hesitate to recommend JC Cars to anyone after trying a few car dealers i decided on a Honda Civic from JC Cars who were not pushy and gave me time to look around the car before having a test drive. The car was as described and in brilliant condition for a car from 2010. Had all the extras i wanted, Sat Nav, dvd player, electric sun roof, cruise contol, heated seats and more. Paid just over £4,000 for it and had it about 4 months now with no problems at all. Will be buying my next car from them when i decide to renew

What an absolute pleasure to find a dealer like this .I called on Friday lunchtime to explain my daughter’s car had failed it’s MoT and she needed a replacement automatic, preferably a Corsa. Two hours later I drove away with her new car, paid for, taxed, insured and really impressed. Truly exceptional and friendly guys for whom nothing was too much trouble. And best of all the car is a little belter. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Just bought a Seat Leon FR from JC Cars at Misterton near Doncaster and for once had a very pleasing experiance from buying from a dealer, Steve the owner who works from home was very polite on the phone with alot of patience as we had a couple of calls to and fro until i got the right deal, when me and my son went to look at the car and was even better than descibed in the advert. I got an excellent deal with my part exchange a couple of hundred pounds better and the Leon was priced about £800 to £1000 cheaper than other garages infact it was priced nearer to a private seller. I've only had the car a week so i haven't had to take it back with any problems within my 30 day warranty as yet so i can't comment on that. But on my experiance so far with JC Cars i would definately recommend them.
