Have just collected our SSangyong Korando today after part exchanging our car, had nothing but excellent from Ronnie (last week) and Richard & Lindsay this week. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend JCT600 Priceright to our friends

I have been looking for a Hybrid car for a while, went on cargurus saw a Mitsubishi outlander but no photo,rang JCT600 Priceright Rawdon, said the car was in Bradford, and was told it will be over later that week, was passing by thought I pop in later on that week. I was the following week when the car was over,took it for a test drive did like it, there was some attention to detail which was needed on the car paint work and a dent and the cover for the charging system which wouldn't close properly. Had to think about buying the car was a very large purchase for me. But after a couple of days went over to put a deposit on it. I had explain to the sales man that the money for the car would be coming to me from a investment which would take a couple of weeks, his reply was that should be fine as it would give them time to do the car up. Left a deposit. Several days had passed so I email the sales manager was getting sorted should be ready for in a couple of days 🙂. Was passing by couple of days later to see if the car was ready, first thing the salesman ask was if the money had been sorted,to me so I could transfer it to JCT 600 I may look stupid but I'm not I had no intention of paying for something which I haven't got!!! 1. The salesman didn't even mention what I was getting for my part exchange. 2 Was more interested in sailing me add ons. I email the salesman ask when the car would be ready as I can under stand he would be busy, got a email back later that evening that he would ring me at 10 the following day. Waited 10 o'clock came and went I rang the JCT 600 ask if I could speak to the salesman I was a bit rude but when some say they would ring I expect it. As it was a hybrid i had to ask to have the car fully charged instead of saying no worries it will be reply was see what I can do. Collection day the car look emaculate as the salesman said the valeting team spend ages getting it up to spec lol Took the as usual from my understanding you only get enough petrol to get you home lol went to fill up to my horror when I open the petrol filler lid it was filthy lol wasn't even open by the valeters lol. I sent a photo via email to the salesman guess what not even a sorry NOTHING. HEY HO ITS A LEARNING LESSON FOR ME. I work in the retail Industry and take pride in customer service and care. How do car salesmen sleep at night.

Excellent service from start to finish from all 3 sales staff at JCT600 Priceright Rawdon. Mike, Joe and Lipton. Nothing left to chance all aspects finance, insurance and additional products explained clear and concisely. A big thank you to all.

Went to buy a car that I had in mind, was introduced to richard darnbrook at JCT600 Priceright Rawdon who took me out for a test drive. What a lovely man explained as much detail as he could. Joe robinson delt with the financial side. They were never pushy, I felt so comfortable they really are not your typical car sales men. All the lads were very Pleasant. When I went to pick my car up Richard asked me to come in the afternoon so he had time to make sure my car was perfect. Thank you Richard it was. What a joke the salesman was running back and forth to managers office for price on part exchange. He eventually came up with a price. Then ten minutes later took another £300 of the valuation. I suggest the salesman send his cv to Halfords he might just get away selling pushbikes. Avoid JCT600 Priceright in Rawdon.

The level of service we received from Price Right Rawdon was amazing. Our sales adviser Jonathan Shaw was incredible at responding to any enquires on the car. The dealership as a whole offered a high quality service with friendly and accommodating staff. I would buy a car from then again with no qualms!

Almost bought a car from JCT600 Priceright Rawdon. But as the day went on the price went up twice.! What a complete waste of a day.

Shocking level of service and incompetence from the manager to sales reps! Paid for a car, arranged bank transfer, sorted insurance out etc and still unable to collect it! Someone from JCT head office needs to step in and manage these as they are damaging the brand that the Tordoff family have worked so hard to build over the years.
