Ford Focus presented meticulously. Salesman Mike Dean truly professional, saw to tax refund, plate transfer. Due to a massive error on electronic transfer of money, Mike had to take me to the local Nat West Branch in Guiseley, the episode could have ruined the excellent handover but Mike remained calm. He has agreed to put my plates on the car once the paperwork arrives. Early days yet but up to now car is beautiful. Would not hesitate to recommend JCT600 Priceright in Rawdon. Thank you.

Very good experience! I bought a Mercedes back in September and I have had no issues with ti at all. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and the car was lovely and clean and in brilliant condition. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

A horrible horrible experience at this JCT600 Priceright dealer in Rawdon, My car was an absolute rip off, the sales guy sugar coated everything as long he needed to make the sale and after that if you need assistance please contact my manager. A nightmare: CAR BUYING TIP: DO NOT USE THIS DEALER.
I had a great time at JCT 600 Rawdon when I ended up buying a car here a few months ago. I was picked up from the station which was really helpful. They sat me down showed me what was what and explained everything fully, for a big dealership they were really hands on, polite and courteous. I would definitely go back to this JCT 600 dealership again.

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH - READ ON.....This has turned out to be nearly an 6 week drawn out nightmare. I am considerably out of pocket. I purchased a vehicle in good faith and traveled quite a distance. Upon being taken on a test drive with no fuel and unable to drive 50mph+ the vehicle was taken away. Next day, I discovered faults with Radio (volume increasing/decreasing on its own) and a burning smell from what I thought was a sticking rear caliper. I called Priceright and spoke to the business manager who advised me to take it to the nearest Stratstone dealer to have the faults inspected. I did this, and to my horror, they came back with over £3200 worth of faults with front Anti Roll bars, bushes, poorly routed brake pipes, botched exhaust joint (not done by JCT), a rotten underside, sticking handbrake, the list goes on. I called the dealership and officially rejected the vehicle. I was advised that I could return the vehicle within 1000 miles or 14 days. I did so 2 days later, paying out of my own pocket for return train travel, and car hire (nearly £350) only to be told when I returned to the dealership that I had been promised nothing of the sort. The person who verbally agreed this happened to be on a day off (my fault as I should have had this in writing). I was spoken down to by a young sales manager with blonde hair who could have been no older than 20 years old. I had to leave the dealership, as, I am not a violent person but my patience was pushed to the limit and I was highly stressed. I left JCT600 Priceright in Rawdon and contacted MotoNovo finance who were brilliant, I have to say, in organizing an independent review of the vehicle. This was done and here we are 2 weeks later, the dealership has had to legally take back the vehicle and unwind the whole deal - leaving me well out of pocket, and without a vehicle. This may not be the entire findings of the general experience of JCT600 as a whole (they have many dealerships in Bradford (car alley?) but I certainly will NEVER deal with this brand again. This review will be left everywhere for people to make an informed decision as to whether they should purchased from JCT - I would just say, do your homework, get EVERYTHING in writing and have a full inspection done on the vehicle before you part with any hard earned cash, because once they have it, unless you have the law on your side, you have little to no chance of ever seeing it again if you have a problem.
bought a vehicle from here, upon arriving home noticed the bumper had been painted the wrong colour, alloy wheel hadnt been refurbed, steering controls weren't working (pointed out before purchase and delayed delivery) and polish was left all over the car. Took the car to my local seat dealer and they said the motherboard was to blame and it had a lose circuit. The polish left on the car what was meant to be the £200 paint protection for the car and obviously hadnt been applied correctly. Dont seem to car about their vehicle prep all that much!
