The customer service and overall manner of the salesman at JH Autos was absolutely fine, however I would have liked to see a more thorough pre sale check done to the car before sale, the spark plugs had to be changed and a service was needed just weeks afterwards and apparently this was long overdue, these things would make me use a dealership again if they were done.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate it. JH Autos do a thorough check of all our vehicles before they arrive on site so we know the cars are in great condition and ready to go. In relation to your issue with servicing I personally point out the service history of our cars when going through all he paperwork, this shows you when a service is has been done or when one is due. If it needed a service we would have been very happy to carry this out or deduct the cost of one off the price of the car (which I'm sure we would have done for you anyway) I'm sorry if you feel like this was not made clear to you and hope your car is still serving you well.
Overall I was happy with the dealership. Saying that I wish he had pointed out a few very minor problems with the car but that might just be me being picky. The car is internally sound and I got a good deal so I would recommend JH Autos.

Used cars do have the odd scuff scrape or mark etc due to age as you know. We are sorry you have had some minor issues, my parting words with all my customers is \you know where we are if you need us\" and we do stick by this. Even if things are not covered on your warranty we always help our customers where we can. I'm glad to hear your car is still going well and hope you do come and visit us again in the future."
