JJ Premium were extremely accommodating with myself and my husband. We turned up at their company one Sunday without having an appointment because this is the only day that me and my husband get off work together and they let us have a look at the three cars we was interested in and the first one that we looked at we decided to go ahead and buy. I had to call back in on the Monday because one of the key fobs and the rear view camera did not work and they had this sorted for me within 10 minutes. The service was exceptional from Troy and we are absolutely over the moon with our Range Rover it is a fab vehicle and it is beautiful to drive. I would not think twice about coming to this dealer if your looking to make a new vehicle purchase and we would happily shop here again when we want to upgrade also.

I found the car advertised online with JJ Premium Cars at Crowland, I live in Southampton so I paid a deposit to reserve the car and I arranged a time which worked for myself and the dealer to go and see the car and to take it for a test drive. When I got to the dealership and viewed the car in person it looked brand new and lovely and clean inside and outside, the test drive went really well so I made the commitment to purchase the car and I arranged to go back the following week to collect the car. The paperwork was already and waiting for me to sign so I did not have to wait around to collect the car and I was able to drive away in it really quickly. It was an easy five star experience for me. I had a great experience buying my Nissan from this dealership. I had seen a car online that I liked and I contacted them to arrange a viewing, however when I arrived they told me that they had done a quick check on the car and that they had found some issues with the car that would require costly repairs. They apologized for the inconvenience and they offered me a different car that was similar to the one I wanted but in a better condition. I was very impressed by their honesty and professionalism, they could have easily sold me the faulty car and made more money but they chose to do the right thing and put the customer’s satisfaction first, I am very pleased with my new car and the service I received from this dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car at a reasonable price. Lucy who was the sales executive that looked after me whilst buying my BMW from JJ Premium was so professional and she explained everything really well to me, nothing was rushed, everything was done so I was able to take everything on board and think about things in my own time. Lucy offered me a cup of tea, told me I could use their wifi or computer if I needed to do anything and she was very patient with me whilst I was asking her questions and she would go through things again with me if I was unsure about anything. I saw a Qashqai for sale with JJ Premium Cars based in Crowland so I called them and I spoke to Oliver who was easy to chat to, he understood all my concerns and he arranged for the vehicle to be prepared for a test drive, we arranged a mutual time and the vehicle had been prepared for me to take out when I got there. The car was great to drive so my mind was made up to buy it, i'm delighted that I did do and i'm happy with the service which I received. I found my BMW advertised online through AutoTrader with JJ Premium Cars Ltd so I got intouch with them to arrange a time when I could go to see the car and take it for a test drive. When I got there I was introduced to one of their sales people named Lucy who explained everything thoroughly to me, she was very polite, enthusiastic, a really good sales person, I work in sales myself and I could not fault her for anything. I was giving all the time I required to look at the car and take it for a decent test drive which went really well, the car was amazing to drive and very smooth on the road. During the test drive I knew that the car was right for me so I went back and signed all the paperwork to get the deal done. Everything was done quickly so I was able to drive away in my new car.
