I am overall happy with my brilliant Outlander, I am just waiting on a part but when I have that we are all set to go. I am very pleased with all aspects of the sale and the communication has been fantastic over the part needed with no quibble. Customer service was bang on and so is the car. Cheers guys 👍

I can't fault these guys, they were great. The car was just as described and very clean We had a little issue with the log book, but all is sorted without any major inconvenience. The staff were ready to give a helping hand as and when and were very good at delivering high end customer service.

I am enjoying serving the new Audi A3 it's a great car and runs brilliantly. I would say enjoy I driving it but my girlfriend drives it a lot more than me and I can't say I enjoy being the passenger princess in the slightest 🤣 The staff down a JJ'S were genuine and fantastic to deal with. They took care of us, answered all of our questions or queries and gave us reassurance where needed. It was a very simple transaction and an exciting experience as opposed to stressful like I've experienced int he past. I would certainly come back when a new car is in the pipe line. Really really good! 5 stars for definite.

I am liking my new Audi A6, I had a pretty old car before so driving a newer car is a pleasure. The customer service was helpful and the staff were very friendly. Lots of great customer care. I would use JJ Premium Cars in the future and I would pass on any recommendations too.

The Audi S5 has been a joy to drive, performing exactly as expected. The buying experience was smooth, with helpful and friendly staff making the process easy and enjoyable. The car itself is not only well-presented but also maintains a nice and tidy appearance inside and out. I am very much enjoying the Mercedes E Class, I have not had one single issue and the car has been nothing but great since I drove away with it. JJ Premium cars sold me a very reliable car that I am very impressed with. It fun to drive, a smooth drive and does the job perfectly. Each and every member of staff I dealt with did the most they could for me, they treated me with a perfect level of customer service. I wouldn't be rating anything other that 5 stars!

The sales guy was great and very accommodating. A fab experience from start to end, all questions were answered, nothing was too much trouble for them. The car quality is next to non!! Can’t recommend enough!

Lucy was very good, my uncle is a fairly elderly chap, she was very methodical, efficient and definitely patient, she kept us relatively well informed with the progress of the car from when we first saw it to when we picked it up. It was not a bad experience by any means, i've had much worse experiences than this before with branded garages put it that way.
