This company takes great pride in looking after their customers. I recently purchased my Ford from here and broke down on the way home after collecting it. This is something that could not have been predicted by the dealership but when I let them know they were very fast to get everything sorted for me and everything's been perfect since. I love my car to bits. During the sales process of my Ford everything went smoothly, helpful staff that really go that extra mile to make sure your happy with everything. The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful, not pushy at all like some of the typical second hand car sales dealers and this is what I really liked about them. The BMW I bought from here is absolutely fantastic, really pleased with it. Would highly recommend giving these a try.

Firstly, such brilliant customer service here. The staff were very easy to deal with. My transaction was easy, pleasurable and very professional. The car itself is excellent, I am still getting use to some of it's gadgets though as I am not the best when it comes to modern technology but I'm certainly delighted with the car and the whole experience. I recently bought my Volkswagen from JJ Premium Motors in Peterborough and I have to say they have been great from start to finish!! I had lots of questions which were answered promptly. Arrived early offered to wait inside with free tea and coffee offered. Given lots of time to look over the vehicle and make sure it was as described. Customer service was professional and polite and the sale got sorted smoothly.

I can confidently recommend these to other people after I had a positive experience buying my car from JJ Premium Car Ltd. They were always attentive but not in a way that's intrusive. The car was as described and lovely to drive. I will look to buy from here again in the future.

Everything were very good at JJ. A really simple and easy process, in fact it was almost too easy. The mrs drives the Land Rover more than I do, but she is really happy with it and if she is happy then things must be great.

They are such a lovely bunch of people down at JJ Premium Cars, I don't have a bad word to say about them! The Volvo I bought is brilliant, it is exactly what I wanted it to be.
