I recently bought a Volvo S90 from JJ Premium cars, the customer service was excellent and all staff were very friendly. The cars are great quality and good value for money. There were lots of options for aftersales cover on the car which I was happy to take advantage of!

I assisted my mum with the purchase of her Tiguan from JJ Premium. The service we got was very good and nothing was too complicated! My mum has been getting on really well with the Tiguan now that she is used to it as it was quite a big change from her last car. We did feel a little rushed but I can understand that it was the end of the day when we were visiting them. On the whole still really happy and would rate four stars!

There were no problems when I bought my X-Trail from JJ Premium, the transaction was very smooth and there was no pressure. The team were all lovely. The X-Trail has so far proven to be a really good car, I like it very much!

Customer service here is really good! They were so welcoming when I arrived and quite clearly know what they are doing because the process was so smooth. I bought a Sirocco from them which has given me no trouble.

So far so good with my A1 and overall I would award JJ Premium Cars four stars. If I am being completely honest there are a few things that would have improved my experience but on the whole things were good.

Troy was great to deal with and did a really good job of handling everything. He took a lot of the stress out of the process for us. We are really happy with the Mercedes we bought, nothing has gone wrong with it, We recently took it on a long run to Dorset and it was a really enjoyable drive.

In terms of the buying experience and customer service I received there is nothing more JJ Premium could have done better. I left feeling really happy with the experience and that I had got a good car. I would buy from here again.

So far so good with the car. If I am being totally honest there were a few little hiccups at the point of purchase but nothing major and I feel like it is worth mentioning because they more than made up for this. I was very please with the end result! 😊 The WHOLE team were fabulous and friendly.
