JJ Premium have been so accommodating toward me, throughout the sale and after the sale. The Focus I bought is actually presently in with them to have a few things looked at and they couldn't have handled the situation any better. The customer service has been so thorough and professional.

I love my Seat Leon, it is such a wonderful car to drive. To be fair the actual process of buying the car was really quick and easy. I did unfortunately come across an issue with one of the indicators not working but to be fair to JJ Premium they did get the car back in and put this right.

My Audi Q5 is blooming fantastic, honestly I have checked this car over with a fine tooth comb and it is as close to perfect you can get. The one thing I noticed was a very small piece of paint on the rear arch I would like to touch up. Other than that it is a dream. The guys at JJ Premium were so easy to deal with, very happy to help and just genuinely nice to talk to! What more could you want.

I rate JJ Premium Cars E - for excellent! Upon talking to the staff it is clear that they have a passion for what they do and amazing car knowledge. They were also very polite to speak with. The Skoda Octavia I bought from them hasn't skipped a beat since it came home with me. Overall I am very impressed.

I made my first purchase from JJ Premium a couple of months ago. I was so pleased with the experience I had with the staff down there, they took their time to listen to my requirements and showed me to the car I had seen online. I purchased the Ford Galaxy as it was something I had before when I was over in Germany, the only thing that took a little getting used to was the right hand drive as I have been living in Germany. The staff were all very good with me and had a positive outlook on everything. Its going to have to be 4 stars ... just because I never give full marks.

It was my first time using JJ Premium Cars and I can say it probably wont be the last. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience partly because I purchased such a nice Jaguar and partly because of the customer assistance I received. It was presented to a high level and was spotless inside and out. I can not fault! I will continue to recommend to my friends.
