Purchasing the Mercedes was so easy and straight forward with the help from JJ Premiums cars staff. The lads there were really kind and friendly to be honest, a really nice group of lads you have working for you there! The customer service was spot on, no issues what so ever. I would like to pass my recommendations on to whoever is reading this and thinking about going to JJ Premium to buy a car, get yourself down to the dealership, they are great!

I went o JJ Premium cars to buy a car earlier this year, this dealership was new to me I had never been before. I was so happy with how clean the car was... They sure know how to make a car look highly presentable😍to be honest the whole showroom was clean and tidy and organised. The customer service was good too, I am happy with the way I was dealt with and would buy another car here in the future.

My partner got her Vauxhall from here recently and she is very pleased with it, I have used it a couple of times and its really nice to drive, she is enjoying driving it. The staff at JJ prem were really helpful and good with us when we were buying the car, they explained everything and was really helpful. The car is absolutely fine no problems at all. I initially dealt with Tory and he was very helpful and kind too. Great customer service provided I was very happy, he also kept in communication the whole way, he was mega with the updates, photos, videos and the rest of it.. Since buying the car I've been in contact with Luke in the after sales department, he has been amazing too. I've had a bit of work done on the car through the warranty and its not been an issues for anyone. They were sorted very well and very quickly. Its great to see how well a company deal with things when they don't have as smoothly as planned, and these dealt with everything perfectly. I would say the process was pretty smooth, the car wasn't for me it was for my son and he is thoroughly enjoying having a nice little motor!! I have to mention how helpful the chaps were around the dealership. That didn't go unmissed and was appreciated, everybody was willing to help, very welcoming and very friendly, for this reason I would certainly use again.

My experience with JJ Premium was pleasant. Josh was the salesman who was dealing with me and he was really good from the get go to the last point of contact. As for the car - so far so good. I couldn't of wished for a better experience here.
