I am very happy with the car I purchased from JJ Premium and I am also very happy with the service I received. The staff at JJ Premium are very personable and friendly. As far as salespeople go JJ's are up there with the best! I found the process very efficient, quick and simple. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted it and that I can't complain about. I will certainly be back when I'm ready to change my car!

I used JJ Premium to purchase my new car and everything went well. My expectations were met during the time I was at the dealership the customer service was excellent. I test drove the car and I was pleased to see how well the car had been valeted. I highly recommend JJ Premium cars, based on my experience I would use again due to them being so helpful throughout.

I had Jake dealing with me and he was spot on with everything cant fault him at all, I received smashing customer service and felt very well looked after. Everyone was helpful and friendly in and around the dealership. I bought the Golf GTI and its a huge upgrade to my last car, I had a Golf before but it was a Golf 1.4 petrol so a million miles better then my old one!! Its a wicked car, loving driving it at the moment, thanks to everybody down at this garage decent place to buy a used car.

I am really pleased with my whole experience at JJ's dealership, I was looked after brilliantly. I was having some issues with my finance company (my name on my ID being my maiden name) but the staff at JJ's were wonderful, really really helpful and patient with me, they helped me with the finance company and got everything sorted on my behalf. I have no issues with recommending these brilliant guys to anyone and I can happily say if I'm in need of a new car anytime soon or in the near future I would use again!

No problems so far with my car from JJ Prem. I was looked after to my standards, the staff were brilliant. The whole experience was brilliant for me. I actually have no complains in the slightest. Everything was A1! Based on my first hand experience I would come back and buy another motor from JJ Prem.

Brilliant service throughout the process. From the first contact to coming home with the car I was treated with 1st class customer service. I think this is the best dealership I have ever used. The sale was very quick and easy, the guys were very approachable and had great communication throughout. Without a doubt I will definitely be visiting again!

So far so good with the new Ford, my other half is driving it more than me at the moment but at least he's enjoying it! We would both use JJ Premium Cars again when it comes to needing a upgrade. We can also recommend this dealership to you if your looking for a new car! It was a really fast process, it was literally a same day take away. The car was so tidy also which is always a bonus. My car is driving brilliant, so far so good! I would definitely use JJ Premium again when I need to upgrade. All of the staff members we came across were friendly and kind. The Audi is a brilliant, reliable car that I'm really enjoying driving. My other half seems to be driving it more than me at the moment but at least he's enjoying it!
