I was very impressed with the customer service that was provided by the staff at JJ Premium Cars, especially by Sam. I had a few issues with the Audi I purchased but the dealership sorted everything out for me, very quickly I was happy with how they resolved everything and they never made me feel awkward. The after care has been amazing and I would like to thank them for giving me such a great service along with a lovely car.

It was quite busy when I got down to the dealership to purchase my Mercedes but impressively the customer service was maintained to a high standard. Everyone had time for you, answered my questions and overall they were very helpful. The car was valeted to a great standard, it was nice and clean so overall everything was pretty good!!

I felt really cared for when dealing with JJ Premium Cars in Peterborough. All the staff were so friendly and were really welcoming. I decided to purchase a Nissan Juke as it was the best on the market for the price and condition, so a no brainer really! My car has been running perfectly and is well suited to my needs. The staff let me take my time viewing the car and didn't try to push any sales on me. I would highly recommend JJs, it was a really relaxed dealership and I didn't feel out of place one bit, 5 star service for definite.

A really nice and friendly dealership to deal with, everybody I came across was great, but mainly - Luke. Luke answered every call and message very quickly and was always there to help me. So far so good, I am loving my Audi, lovely vehicle, in a very impressive condition. I would happily return and have already recommended to a few friends of mine.

My Mercedes is a wonderful vehicle and is better than I imagined it to be, it is so comfortable and is a lot of fun to drive. I cannot fault JJ Premium Cars one bit, my Beemer is a great motor and is driving exceptionally well! For a 14 plate it is in great condition, even better than I expected I must add. Thank you for a stress-free purchase, I will be back!

Immaculate. From start to finish, the car, service, condition.... everything was absolutely spot on. Not one single issue arose in the process of purchasing my Ford. The transaction was very simple and straight forward, meaning that it was a very enjoyable experience for me as it was stress free! My car is driving perfectly and is everything I expected it to be, so I cannot pick a single fault. I will definitely be passing on my recommendations!
