JJ Premium Cars were outstanding from start to finish. I am so pleased with the Mercedes, its a lovely car and has everything I could ever want. The salesmen were all fantastic. From making the initial call, they were welcoming and accommodating. They made sure I was happy throughout the whole process and were really helpful after the purchase too. I was sent a thank you letter in the post and even received an aftersales call to check I was happy with the car. That was definitely the icing on the cake to show that these guys really do care about their service. I would be more than happy to buy another car from JJ Premium Cars in the future.

Fast and simple process from JJ's. Saw the Audi A4 online and went down to view it. Loved the car so went through with it there and then. Couldn't be happier with everything. The fellas were spot on with everything. Cant recommend JJ's enough.

I was specifically looking for an Abarth 595 and spotted one online. Turned out to be at JJ Premium Cars so I enquired and went down to have a look at it. It was just what I wanted so decided to go through with the purchase. The guys down there were really nice, very happy with the customer service they provided and was happy that it was such a simple and easy process for me. Had the car a few weeks now and have been loving it, cant knock JJ Premium Cars at all.

JJ did a fantastic job in sorting me out with a nice VW GTI. More than happy with the car, looks proper smart inside and out. Sam who I dealt with was a proper nice lad as well, he really helped me with everything and made sure it was a fast and easy buying process. When I was searching for a new car, JJ's popped up on my phone advertising the car and I'm so glad it did, proper made up with the purchase and have been loving driving it.

Great customer service and car. Had a few issues to begin with but Luke and the team were quick to rectify them and sort it all out for me so I was cool about it. They did what they needed to and I couldn't complain at all. I would be happy to buy from them again as I know they look after the customers.

Purchased a really great Volkswagen Tiguan from this dealership. Its a lovely car and a great size, more than happy with how its driving and running. I put the deposit down on the car but I couldn't go down to get it for 4/5 days due to long working hours. The guys were more than accommodating and worked around me. They held the car for me, it was pristine when collecting and everything was ready when we agreed. Really friendly staff overall and very helpful. Would be more than happy to purchase from them again.
