Really good guys down here, they made it so easy for me to buy the Land Rover Discovery Sport! Perfect dealership and perfect customer service. The SD Card for the SatNav was missing and they got it sorted straight away from me. I absolutely love the Discovery, its beautiful to drive - Im used to driving a Transit Van so this is luxurious! I am delighted with the experience and JJ Premium will certainly be the place I buy my next motor from.

Superb customer service - Lucy was helpful, friendly and very polite. She had all the information and answered all the questions, she gave a detailed description of the car and its history. After buying there was a hiccup with the Air con on the Jaguar but JJ Premium Cars got this rectified quickly and professionally. I'm enjoying the car and very pleased with it - I would gladly recommend this company.

I recently helped my Son buy a car, he was away with the Navy. We made sure the car was here and waiting for him when he came home and he is absolutely over the moon with it. We dealt with the dealership and we couldn’t have been happier. There was a few bits we wanted sorting before taking away, and everything we threw at them they sorted without any drama. My son is home now for 3 weeks and I cant get him out of the car, he's cleaned it within a inch of its life, he is made up. There is not a thing I can fault or pick about this dealership or the car they sold to me, I bought an Audi TT and I absolutely love it, I'm really really happy with it. The car was presented beautifully to us, there's nothing more I would have wanted. The salesman Sam was ever so helpful, and easy to deal with, he was a pleasure. I first contacted this company when I found a stunning Jaguar F-Pace online, I was lucky enough to deal with a young lady called Lucy who was pure brilliance! Everything I possibly needed at any point she was there, sorting it, she really did bend over backwards, we managed to strike a deal and organise a test drive. I went to test drive the car and ended up trading in and taking the car away that day, I was really really impressed that, that was an option, the car was prepped and ready to go without an appointment to take it away. I'm absolutely loving the car, its just what I wanted and I'm very pleased with the experience.

When I was buying my VW Caddy I found all staff very helpful and courteous. I didnt have any issues what so ever and the whole process was smooth, straight forward and no hard selling. Just after buying I had an issue where I turned the engine off, but the engine was still running. I was as confused as the AA Team who recovered me!! I called and spoke to aftercare at JJ Premium cars that afternoon, I got the van back there that night, they gave me a courtesy car and got the Caddy fixed up for me. There was no hassle when I contacted and they physically couldn't have done anything more or anything any quicker. Ive got the van back now and its running smoothly, I've been back and forth to London all week and theres no issues what so ever.
