This is the first time I have used JMV Cars Ltd. I am 64 years old, so I have bought a fair few cars over the years. Joe was superb, he was really good on the telephone and gave me confidence to make the long trip to go and see the car. The service was just as good when I got to the dealership, and they are one of the best I have done business with. My Jag is a beautiful car, and I love to get behind the wheel in it.

I love my Audi A3, and everything is as I expected it to be. Jay was really good, and he answered all the questions. We were meant to come to see the car at 4.30pm, but the traffic was horrendous, and we did not get to JMV Cars until around 6.15pm. Jay stayed behind 15 minutes late, and I really appreciated this and how accommodating he was. The car was presented well and had been valeted to a very high standard. From making the initial inquiry to JMV Cars in Gravesend to the handover of my Tesla Model 3 the staff at this dealership moved heaven and earth to help me. A ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience from start to finish. I cannot fault Jay; he was phenomenal at what he does. His expertise was second to none and he really knew what he was talking about when it came to the cars he was selling. I'm over the moon with my VW Beetle. It is a lovely car, and I always get people commenting on it and asking me where I bought it from.

As a first-time buyer, I was both excited and a little nervous. The prospect of owning a van for the first time felt like a big step. Jay, the salesperson who looked after me during the purchase of my Land Rover, was brilliant. From start to finish, Jay worked very hard to make sure it was plain sailing. First class from start to finish, these guys know how to do business, initially came too view a BMW but an Audi q3 they had in stock took my fancy, i was astonished how quickly they managed to turn the finance around and within 20 minutes or so i was driving off in my dream car. Great service no messing about and a good can do attitude, its a 10/10 from me
