Joseph James Autos were tremendously friendly and helpful guys, recommended to me by a work colleague and I cant fault them one bit, a clean tidy car just as described, no pressure and went to great lengths to ensure I was completely happy with my purchase which I most certainly am. This family business gets my vote over the big boys every time. Just rang them over a month down the line for advice in fitting a headlight bulb, not only did I get advice but they fitted it for me Free Of Charge, that is what I call service!!!!
Avoid this dealer. The director who we dealt with was called Greg and was arrogant & rude. We asked for our deposit back after he lied about the work he had done to the car, we were going to buy. I urge other people not to waste their money at Joseph James Autos. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
I've got nothing but praise for Joseph James Autos. They were really friendly, really quick getting everything sorted and just an all round excellent service. I'm very pleased with my purchase. They even sent me an email a little time after I had bought the car to check everything was going well which it was.
