Does anyone has got any experience with the garage - Autohub Automotive? Junction 27 has moved to Sutton in Ashfield long time ago and there is a different dealer at this address right now, however you can't find any reviews anywhere on the internet (not even on Autotrader where he advertises his cars)

If I could give a minus star rating I would. The lady was lovely and a shame she is attached to such a rubbish dealership. Owner in my opinion is untrustworthy and not interested in after-sales service only wants the vehicle sale. Does not deliver on promises. Rude, intimidating and obnoxious phone call received from garage after wanting update on my car they had for 5 weeks. Resulted in wind down of agreement. Loan car provided and on return he made claims that I had damaged it (totally untrue) which I can also provide witnesses. Luckily I did take photos. Take photos of everything with date and time as he is untruthful in order to get what he wants. I would advise you look elsewhere and you will have less aggravation.

Wanted to purchase White 2014 MX5 As we are in lockdown not possible to visit to see or test drive. As a potential purchaser, I believe it is important to undertake due diligence, this was clearly opposed to and your refusal to apply the distance selling regulations when the government rules are clear ‘stay at home’! Are the rules being disregarded? You promote repeat business but how can that happen when you fail to let a customer purchase in the first place and disregard clear rules in these unprecedented times! A total lack of respect and customer service. Extremely rude

Absolutely shocking customer service at Junction 27 Car Sales. Rang up to enquire about a vehicle they were selling as the garage said it had 'Upgraded' parts. Refused to tell me where these upgrades were fitted or make of the part. Apparently I could not be trusted with that "Information". Man on the phone was standoffish from a get go.... How these sell any vehicles is beyond me.

Bought an audi a6 from junction 27 cars. I got a nice car at a fair price. The lady that looked after me was lovely and the whole process was simple and straight forward

We had to cancel an appointment at Junction 27 Car Sales. We phoned to inform the garage that we would not be coming. Whoever answered the phone was rude, ignorant and generally disinterested. So it is true that there team are square pegs in round holes. As long as the money is rolling in customer care is not high on their agenda.

Do not trust Junction 27 Car Sales, they sell cars without checking to make sure everything works properly like my car which had a faulty light cluster and broken wing mirror light they repaired the light cluster after I said I'd see if it passes a mot if not I'd go to trading standards but he got the wrong mirror light it took him a week and half to get the right 1 but refused to fit it so I went to get the part he was very rude and put his hand on my back and was pushing me to get out his garage and wouldn't give me the part which begs me to believe it probably wasn't the part in the box at all so please don't trust him his cars could cost u your life if he's not checking them before selling them.

Popped in whilst getting my girlfriends car washed. Looked at a 'fake' Bentley (it was a Chrysler with Bentley badges on) only to be greeted by a salesman shouting at me! "Are you going to buy the Bentley? If not go elsewhere". Quality sales techniques as you can tell!
