Called KL Motors to put down a deposit on a 1.6 Vauxhall Zafira, the guy that I spoke with said he would take the price I seen on Gumtree at £2590 down to £2500 and give me a full tank of fuel (as travelling from Aberdeen) and a full set of rubber mats. and he said to call back to put down as a deposit. I called back but in the meantime I found the same car on their website for £2490, so after taking this to his attention he said I could have it at that but no fuel or mats and I said I would rather pay the extra £10 to get it but he said that I do not understand what he is doing and hung up on me. I would not advise anyone to do any dealings with this trader as the unprofessional staff I have spoken with are so rude an arrogant. So disappointed as would have been a great family car and now just feel he has let the whole company down.
