The car was ready when they said it would be and they had done everything they had agreed to do so I was very happy indeed. The car was also presented beautifully - so clean and fresh, it was like new.

So the purchase of my Qashqai was very rushed on my side, I was need of the car very quickly and the guys at Karl Smith Car Sales did everything they could to accommodate this. I can't thank them enough or their co-operation. The Qashqai itself is a brilliant car and hasn't given me any trouble.

All is well with the car I purchased. It runs smoothly and reliably (so far so good). Customer service was great throughout the whole process of requesting a test drive to purchasing the car. Only issue was the payment method, a minor set back due to unforeseen complications with the payment device, this meant I needed to go to the local bank to arrange and set up an electronic money transfer. Other than that the purchase went through within a couple of hours and I drove the car away on the same day. All in all, a smooth sale and a good deal.

Everything is fine with the Suzuki. I've nothing to compare it to, however, they were very polite and courteous. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars because they were faultless. Credit where credit is due (a pat on the back is always welcome in the workplace).

They took the time to listen to what my needs were and there was no pushy hard selling. I am thoroughly enjoying my Focus, it is taking me some time to get used to because all the controls are different places and there are so many more mod cons in it!
