Excellent service from Karl Smith Car Sales, during and after the sale...The engine warning light came on after I'd bought so its going back in to be looked at. I'm not concerned though because they have been really good about it, got me booked in and its covered under warranty. Other than that, the car runs great and I'm really happy with it. I can't fault how the dealer has handled everything and wouldn't hesitate recommending to others.

Very happy with my Vauxhall, it's a lovely car, the price was very good the whole process was simple and quick. Each member of staff I spoke to was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble, I'm very happy to recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

Very nice company to deal with, think the lady we dealt with was called Justine, she was so helpful and kind, and the young lad, a mechanic, was an absolute superstar, didn't stop smiling! The new car is great, its having something minor done so has gone back in but they have been ace in sorting it. Will be going back again when we need another car in the future for sure and will be recommending to everybody else too!

Put £400 deposit on a car 28th of July 2021 the car was not as described and had different wing mirror DRIVERS SIDE on it. It also had done 50 miles in a year so probably rusting I've had nothing but trouble from this company. the lady I spoke to was rude and said no refund and slammed the phoned DOWN when I phoned back she was laughing and saying ur not getting ur money back the men I spoke to just lied as well the manager is in a meeting etc. I also was lied to multiple times however on there website resavation fees would be refunded if you changed ur mind?? No quibble I have had no emails paperwork or anything from this company so no contract at all please please people AVOID AVOID this company they don't know what they are doing. I will be getting my money back as the bank is doing a chargeback as I've sent evidence also reported to trading standards as well. WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER!!!!

STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY A CAR OR VAN OR ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE I bought a Renault Kangoo van and collected it on the 5-09 after they had mot’ed and serviced it On the 11-09 I was on the motorway and the van lost power would not go above 50mph On the 12-09 Saturday I took it back Mr Slav told me they would have a look On the 15-09 Tuesday he rang me to say we have fixed it so I collected the next day Wednesday All seemed ok I did a 2 mile round trip on Thursday I left for work at 7.30 Friday got on the motorway and the engine went bang with smoke bellowing out this was within 3 miles from home I got pick up using MY cover and dropped off at home I rang Mr Slav and told him he said bring the van back I can’t I replied it will not drive! Well we won’t collect it So after some heated words I paid for a transporter to collect it and drop it off I the mean time I ask who the manager was I was told Jeremy Smith I ask to speak with him And was told he was at the auction Then he was driving we will connect you This happened 4 times I wrote them an email on Saturday After taking legal advice informing them I want a full refund and the van is not fit for purpose After calling them 3 times today I have received this email As you can see no mention of them having it back because I wasn’t working Hi David As per our telephone conversation I can confirm that we won’t be taking the car back for a refund. The car was purchased for £2495 at 126500 miles and was handed over to you on 05/09/20 after we had done a full mot and service on the vehicle changing 2 rear coil springs and wiper blades whilst the service included oil and filter change.
