All in all very good at Karl Smith Car Sales. Had a couple of hiccups but they always manage to sort things out and my car has been a joy since day 1... mot always free ... due soon.. fingers crossed.

I would happy recommend this dealership! The dealers were really helpful and friendly and knew what they were talking about. I bought a Ford Mondeo a couple of months ago and It's been perfect and it looked like new when I received it.

Read a lot of bad reviews about Karl Smith Car Sales after I had ordered my vehicle so was a bit wary. But I think most people only leave reviews if they are unhappy. Shortly after purchase I called in to query the mileage as it had been accidentally advertised wrong, which was a genuine mistake. However they agreed to fit a cambelt at cost and give it a service for free, along with a courtesy car. I have had no problems with this dealer so don't read too much into the bad reviews. I previously was going to buy from the main dealers but had more problems with them!!! I recommend this dealer, friendly service and some great cars on offer. I purchased mine from the Squires Gate showroom.
