Just picked up our used Kia Picanto from Ken Brown Stevenage. Many thanks to Christian for impeccable service. The dealership does go the extra distance - its serviced, MOT'ed and the dealer has replaced the clutch and front pads and discs on their own initiative before delivery. After spending all that on the car was genuinely impressed that it came with a full tank of fuel. Well done and thanks - we will be back
Picked up my shiny new Kia Rio from Ken Brown Stevenage last week. Many thanks to Christian for his professional and cheerful service who patiently guided me through the process of buying my car and part exchanging my old one. He made sure I was fully aware of the basics of the Rio before I drove home and helped me set up my first Apple CarPlay experience. After sales service was also excellent as when I got home I realised the car owner manual was back at the garage. One call to Christian and not only was It dispatched immediately but he sent a photo to show what was being sent. The whole process was so very easy. Have recommended to family and friends and would def use them again.

If you want a Kia ,want good advice ,great deals and expert servicing go to Ken Browns Stevenage . Seek out Aaron on sales because he goes the extra distance to make you feel like a genuinely valued customer .A great asset to the company. We have puchaced 5 cars from Ken Brown ,we moved from Stevenage to Skegness but will return to Ken Brown for the above reasons .
It's nice to visit a dealership who do things properly. All the paperwork was organised, there was no delays or complications, they valeted and service the car and showed me exactly what they had done. The whole process was smooth and I would definitely recommend them.

Everything at Ken Brown Motors in Stevenage went perfectly, the transaction was smooth, the car which I purchased was a Kia and it was clean and ready when they said it would be. In my opinion they didn't do anything wrong and seem to have a good reputation in the area. I would certainly recommend them.

This was my first time going into a dealership like this. I had rang up and they said that the particular car was in another branch, but the man collected the car for me in the morning and drove it in (meaning he then had to get the bus home) The whole experience was good, was greeted by the friendly staff offered a drink and was made to feel very comfortable. I then took the car for a test drive (which went very well) and then once we got out he showed me every inch of the car right down to inside the petrol cap (where he told me that a good way to tell if a car has been valleted properly was to look inside the petrol cap) I then bought the car through my finance I got from CarLoan4U and was very happy. The dealer then picked me up from work on the day I could collect the car and he took me to the garage to get the keys and sign final papers. They threw in some new car mats and a lead to connect ipod to. I would highly recomend this dealership to any one looking to buy a KIA!
