I broke down yesterday evening and after waiting five hours for BMW assistance, Phillip arranged my car to be picked up and taken to a garage, he even rang BMW himself to arrange a hire car for me today. Nothing was too much, he was also very lovely and pleasant on the phone. Thanks Phillip!

I had a terrible time with Keswick Motor Co put a bad but totally truthful review on their site and was threatened with a solicitor. The sales manager/ director Gemma is dishonest and useless and happens to be the bosses daughter. They made mistake after mistake, staff lied and Gemma is morally corupt

Gemma ordered a tipo for us 14 days later went to pick it up was in a dim lit side room drove 3 mile home got out of car seen large dint and scratches on passenger side rang them up there reply didn’t want to burst your bubble asked if I could end agreement ,no I would have to pay the car also made a clunking sound changing gear rubbing on passenger wheel pulled to the left when applying breaks revs up in idle asked if it had been involved in accident Gemma said no they promised to put things right they never did last car put breaks on itself on a66 taken nearly 18 month with ombudsman car was 1 year old avoid them say what you want to hear do nowt car was under warranty should been no problem compulsive liers
I was on holiday with my family when the exhaust broke on my old Volvo which could of resulted in our holiday being over but Keswick motor company went above and beyond to find a replacement and fix my beloved old car and we could carry on with our holiday. Absolute stars and thank you!!
