Excellent - couldn't fault them; from the sales manager who introduced himself and asked if we were being well looked after - the reception girls who were very friendly and helpful and our salesman who was very professional and took good care of us. Can only thank Lancaster, Reading for making our first Jaguar experience so positive
I have bought 2 Jaguar's from them now and they have always been good on price. I use them for servicing as well and i'm always more than pleased with the customer service i receive. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and I'd recommend them.

Had a terrible experience at Reading Jaguar. The salesperson Alan and the manager I think Matt or Mark were very uninterested and pushy. The manager was very lacklustre and was only interested if we would take the jaguar finance incentive ....as such we went to basingstoke jaguar and had a wonderful experience and purchased a new XE for my wife and used F Type for me.....if only they listened !!
