Attitude for someone who deals with the public “stinks”. For a dealer to be abrupt, rude and unprofessional, on the phone for a genuine enquiry, he deserves not to have a business selling cars. I will not visit this web site again. As I was very interested in a car at around £5,000 Lane Autos has lost my business.

Lane Autos were absolutely disgusting ! I am appalled by the service of this man, the car that he has sold to my mum is faulty and dangerous to drive. I am definitely not happy! My mum has rang him asking for him to repair the faulty car that he has sold to her with over 20 faults 3 being extremely major, he then proceeded to shout and swear at her even though she remained calm and was only talking to him. His nasty and intimidating manor has left my mum with no car and feeling very upset with how nasty he was. She has seeked legal advice in which he is actually in breach of the consumer rights act 2015. He needs to get his business sorted and sell good reliable cars and take some lessons in manors and customer service! I also am lead to believe that this is not the first incident as in the phone call he said “let me stop you right there I have heard this before” when my mother mentioned the consumer rights act 2015 and pursuing taking him court. Beware buying from this man!I

Just drove away in my used car from lane autos mega happy with the service super friendly I will defiantly recommend to all my family and friends. Anyone looking for a new car this is the place to go.

I bought a Toyota Aygo for my daughter to practice to drive in as i drive a large van. The car was very clean throughout and came with a full 12 month m.o.t., it was exactly as described in the advert on auto-trader. paid a cheap price for the car,, Scott was helpful throughout the process,, he was honest, courteous, helpful and accommodating. We were a little concerned about the bad review we had read so took the car direct from him to my mechanic who confirmed all was good and we had got a bargain. When we returned to collect the car there were a couple of marks we hadn't noticed previously and when pointed out to Scott he immediately came out with polish and rubbed them out. The following day we noticed that the parcel shelf from the boot was missing and even on a Sunday sourced one for us and drove to B&Q in Bolton to deliver it to us as there were road works around his road. Couldn't ask for a more dedicated and fair dealer. Definitely goes the extra mile, cannot recommend Lane Autos strongly enough to do justice. Thank you so much Scott. Anne from Swinton.
